Square Feet to Square Meters Converter

Property listings and floor plans may use square feet or square meters depending on the country. One square foot equals exactly 0.09290304 square meters because a square foot is based on a foot measuring exactly 0.3048 meters. Area conversions use the length factor squared, not the ordinary feet-to-meters factor.
